RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every Qubalé creation is handcrafted in Italy with exceptional care and attention to detail. Most of our jewellery is made to order and created only after your order has been placed.

Returns

For Qubalé creations that are eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Please contact us at info@qubale.nl before returning your jewellery.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the creation must be returned within the applicable statutory period.

Returned creations must be handled with care and returned complete, together with their original Qubalé jewellery box, pouch, certificates and accompanying items.

If a returned creation has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to apply any reduction in value permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct costs of returning an eligible creation are borne by the client.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and, where required, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Bespoke & Personalised Creations

Creations made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be returned or exchanged where the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

This may include bespoke designs, engravings, individually requested modifications, custom dimensions or other specifications created specifically at your request.

Where a creation falls within this exception, we will make this clear before the purchase is completed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible creation, please contact us at info@qubale.nl. We will be happy to discuss the available options with you.

Bespoke and personalised creations cannot be exchanged where the statutory exception applies.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Creations

Every Qubalé creation is carefully inspected before leaving our atelier.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond with your order, please contact us at info@qubale.nl.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the creation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Natural Gemstones

Qubalé works with natural gemstones, individually selected for their colour and character.

Natural gemstones may show subtle variations in colour, pattern, inclusions and structure. These characteristics are part of their natural beauty and make every Qubalé creation unique. Such natural variations are not, in themselves, considered defects.

Alterations & Sizing

We kindly recommend checking your ring size, preferred length and other selections carefully before placing your order.

If you require an alteration or resizing after receiving your jewellery, please contact us. Where technically possible, we will be happy to advise you.

Alterations and resizing may be subject to additional costs.
