SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every Qubalé creation is prepared with care before being dispatched.

Production Time

Most Qubalé jewellery is handcrafted to order in our family-owned atelier in Italy.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production.

If a different production time applies to a particular creation, we will communicate this separately.

Shipping

Orders are shipped securely using DHL Express or another appropriate insured delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information by email where available.

Delivery times shown after dispatch are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Where these charges are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
